Limited Staff Available for Designated Driver Service by Reservation

To our clients,

We are excited to once again be offering designated driver services to the Twin Cities and Surrounding Areas. Due to the current COVID-19 situation we will have limited driving staff available by reservation and encourage our clients to call in advance or go on our website to set a reservation a day ahead of the service request whenever possible. If service is needed ‘the day of’ or ‘on demand’ we encourage our clients to call into our dispatch line 651-338-1425 as early in the day/evening as possible with your ride request or fill out a reservation request form. If you do not receive a live dispatcher at the time of your call please leave the ride request information on our dispatch voicemail and a dispatcher will get back to you if we are able to accommodate your ride request.

In consideration of our driver and client safety we will be following the below measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 as we once again offer designated driver services in client vehicles.

  1. Drivers will wear masks while providing driving services in client vehicles.
  2. Drivers will sanitize hands in between all client pickups.
  3. Follow cars will be sanitized at the beginning of each shift and high touch surfaces in the cars will continuously be sanitized in between client services throughout each shift.
  4. Driver and follow car partners will be required to wear masks when together if they are not a team that is a couple, family or roommates who currently reside in the same residence. The DDI follow car will be sanitized before a follow driver picks up his partner to begin a shift in the event they do not reside in the same residence.
  5. DDI will provide drivers with required PPE including: masks, hand sanitizer & sanitizing wipes for their vehicles.
  6. Rides will only be available by reservation in advance for registered customers. New clients can register online on our mobile friendly website.
  7. Payment receipts will be provided by email only.
  8. Drivers will accept payments by credit card (PREFERRED), by cash, by DDI service voucher or by monthly account billing for our corporate partners.

Expired Voucher Policy Update

Due to the extreme losses endured by our company through the COVID-19 shutdown we unfortunately will no longer be able to accept ‘Expired’ DDi ride vouchers as payment.
