COVID-19 Service Adjustments

Payment receipts will be provided by email only.

Drivers will accept payments by credit card (preferred), by cash, by DDi service voucher or by monthly account billing for our corporate partners.

Expired Voucher Policy Update

Due to the extreme losses endured by our company through the COVID-19 shutdown, we unfortunately will no longer be able to accept expired DDi ride vouchers as payment.

Additional Charges

$25 per 20 minutes a team is kept waiting past the reservation time. The DDi drivers will wait 10 minutes past the reservation time at no charge to the client. Once 20 minutes has passed, the wait fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the ride for each twenty minute increment the drivers are kept waiting.

Cancellations

You may cancel a ride request or reservation with no charge 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. If cancellations are made within the 24 hour window, a $75 cancellation fee will be billed to the client’s DDi account. This fee must be paid in full before requesting another ride, or the client will be refused DDi service.

Service Area

We are proud to provide our services to the entire Twin Cities metro area. Clients who live outside of the 494/694 bypass loop should contact us to ensure that we can provide service. We look forward to getting you and your car home safely.

Severe Weather

DDi takes the safety of our customers and drivers very seriously. We reserve the right to cancel services when weather advisories indicate dangerous driving conditions. We will make every effort to notify customers who have scheduled reservations no later than 60 minutes before the scheduled service, or as soon as we decide to shut down due to changing weather conditions.

Hours

Due to the current COVID-19 situation we will have limited driving staff available by reservation and encourage our clients to call in advance or go on our website to set a reservation a day ahead of the service request whenever possible. If service is needed "the day of" or "on demand" we encourage our clients to call into our dispatch line 651-338-1425 as early in the day/evening as possible with your ride request or fill out a reservation request. If you do not receive a live dispatcher at the time of your call please leave the ride request information on our dispatch voicemail and a dispatcher will get back to you if we are able to accommodate your ride request.
