The following TERMS AND CONDITIONS are subject to change at any time and at the sole discretion of Drink and Drive Intelligently LLC ("DDI," "we," "us," or "our") and www.youdrivewedrive.org. Please visit the site regularly for updates.
By submitting my registration, I give Drink and Drive Intelligently LLC ("DDI") my full permission to operate my automobile in the event I request their services. As a client of DDI, I understand that the DDI driver and my automobile will be covered under my current insurance policy as per Minnesota Law, which defines permissive use of my vehicle.
I understand DDI will not be liable for the following:
- Any mechanical issues to the vehicle that may arise during or after the time of service.
- Any incidents that may occur during service that cause damage to the car or its passengers, such as, but not limited to, incidents that may have been caused by severe weather, road conditions or road debris, deer/animals, etc.
Drink and Drive Intelligently LLC screens and strives to hire only professional drivers. All of our drivers are screened to comply with state licensing and minimum automotive insurance requirements. If you would like to see a particular driver's license or registration, please contact DDI Dispatch Center. Additionally, if you have any questions, comments or complaints about your driver, please bring this to the attention of the DDI Dispatch Center immediately. It is your responsibility to inform the driver of any pre-existing physical or mechanical damage to your automobile prior to the start of the ride.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT ANY RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH HAVING A DDI DESIGNATED DRIVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE HOME. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT DDI LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL, BODILY, OR MENTAL INJURY, ECONOMIC LOSS, OR ANY DAMAGE TO YOU OR YOUR VEHICLE RESULTING FROM NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER ACTS OF THE DRIVER, ANYONE ON DDI'S BEHALF, OR ANYONE USING THE SERVICES OF DDI LLC.
All additional procedures of DDI are listed on the website www.youdrinkwedrive.org. Any changes in client address, automobile ownership, insurance, or credit card information must be verified with DDI before additional use of the service.
In the event of a vehicle accident where it is determined that your insured vehicle driven by our DDI Driver is at fault, DDI will reimburse to you 50% of the amount of your deductible that you are charged, up to a maximum amount of $500.00 (whichever is the lesser amount). Our reimbursement will be based on the deductible listed on your current comprehensive automobile insurance policy on file with DDI.
